I’ve never been able to make this much progress in so little time before. My wins, of course is my weight loss which previous to the Metabolic Balance was difficult to lose. I’ve tried at least 4 different types of other plans before the Metabolic Balance diet and none worked as well as this one. Another win is no ‘night sweats’ or ‘hot flashes’ and better sleep. I’ve tried several diets and none worked and this one has. I’ve been trying to lose weight, balance hormones since 2013 after I’ve had a hysterectomy. In 2020 I had a thyroidectomy which further complicated my weight loss efforts and put more weight on and with the Metabolic Balance diet I am able to lose the weight quickly and without feeling deprived. Working with PURE and Sharlene has been the best help I’ve had ever. I’ve never been able to make this much progress in so little time before.
