Special Terms & Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and participating in Simple Sexy Suppers, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk
This is a fully hands-on cooking class. You understand and acknowledge that participation involves the use of kitchen equipment, tools, heat sources, and other potential hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Sharlene Styles, Sharlene Styles International Inc., Pure Natural Health & Wellness, the event venue, and any employees, agents, or contractors from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

2. Health & Allergies
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

3. Alcohol Consumption
The venue does not hold a liquor license. Alcohol is not served as part of this event.
If you choose to bring your own wine or alcoholic beverage to enjoy with your meal, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for your consumption and transportation arrangements. Sharlene Styles, Sharlene Styles International Inc., Pure Natural Health & Wellness, and the event venue accept no liability for alcohol-related incidents.

4. Non-Refundable Reservations
All reservations are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event to arrange a transfer.

5. Photography & Media
By attending, you grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the event.

This is more than a cooking class, it’s an evening of flavor, fun, and food freedom.

Join Holistic Nutritionist & Metabolism Expert Sharlene Styles for a 3-hour, hands-on experience where you’ll learn how to eat for hormone health, metabolic balance, and pure pleasure, without deprivation.

You’ll cook side-by-side in a stunning private retreat kitchen in Niagara’s wine country, transforming fresh, seasonal ingredients into elegant, mouthwatering meals that look like they came out of a boutique bistro… and that you can recreate at home again and again.

You’ll leave with:

  • A full belly (3-course meal + creative mocktails)

  • Printable recipes so you can repeat the magic anytime

  • Nutrition know-how to support your hormones, metabolism, and health goals

  • Connection & memories with other like-minded, health-conscious food lovers

$150 CAD + HST per person
Includes instruction, all ingredients, your full meal, and recipes to take home.


 

Dietary Notes:
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any food allergies so we can do our best to accommodate you. While we can make certain adjustments, this class is designed around fresh, seasonal ingredients and may not be suitable for highly restrictive diets.


If you have strong dislikes or avoidances, please keep in mind that the menu is chef’s choice and focused on whole, real foods.
