Start Slow.
Go Slower.
A free, open conversation for women who feel the pressure to change now, do it right, and make it last (and are quietly exhausted by that pace).

 Â
When we want change, urgency often takes over.
It has to happen now.
It has to work this time.
It has to be done properly, or we risk losing momentum again.
From the outside, urgency can look like motivation.
But what I see again and again is something else entirely.
Urgency is often fear.
Fear of stopping.
Fear of slipping back.
Fear of starting over, one more time.
So we rush.
We push.
We try to do it perfectly.
Not because we’re disciplined, but because slowing down feels dangerous when we don’t trust ourselves yet.
This conversation is an invitation to pause that pattern.
Not to give up on your goals.
Not to do less because you “can’t handle more.”
But to understand why starting slow, and then going even slower, is often what allows change to actually last.
This is not a workshop.
There’s nothing to prepare.
No fixing. No forcing. No pressure.
Just a grounded, honest conversation about what’s really happening beneath the surface, and why staying is more powerful than rushing.
Â
What We’ll Talk AboutÂ
In our time together, we’ll explore:
-
Why urgency often shows up after we’ve tried before
-
The real fear beneath “I need to do this now”
-
Why slowing down can feel uncomfortable, and even threatening
-
How urgency creates all-or-nothing cycles
-
What “slow” actually means (and what it doesn’t)
-
Why trust, not intensity, is what sustains change
No tactics.
No to-do lists.
Just perspective, language, and relief.
